Wearable Art Exhibit Opening
Arts Center East is kicking off the New Year with a unique Wearable Art Exhibit. The exhibit opened January 19 and will be on display through February 8.
This juried exhibit is the first of its kind at Arts Center East. It will accompany the upcoming Fashion & FestiviTea Fundraiser, January 25. Pieces include jewelry, hats, jackets, scarves, and more. This exhibit highlights the diverse artisans in the community, working with less ‘traditional’ artistic mediums; turning what we may consider as everyday wear into something more elevated.
