Description
Stumped on how to use color? Did you know only 3 colors plus black and white make up every color we see?
Color theory is both the science and art of using color. Mary Beth Sasso will explain how humans perceive color and the visual effects of how colors mix, match, or contrast with each other and how colors communicate. In this class you will learn how to use a color wheel which shows the relationships between primary colors, secondary colors, tertiary colors, etc. In this class, students will learn color in depth by demos, exercises, and exciting assignments. We will also have a private Facebook page where we can post our work and ask questions and share ideas. Color is fun! Besides, life would be boring without it.
6-week class
Every week we will explore color theory and have assignments and apply the concepts discussed.
Supply list will be provided upon registration.
