There is a one-time $25 application fee to become an Artist or Artisan at Arts Center East. Artist & Artisan Membership is open to artists working in all media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry making, woodworking, pottery/ceramics, etc.
Please email your application pieces (artist resume with contact information, five (5) high-res images representative of your work, and brief artist statement, or use our application form) to email@example.com. Please specify if you are applying for Artist Membership or Artisan Membership.
SIGNATURE ARTIST/ARTISAN MEMBERSHIP
Signature Artist Membership is available to any ACE Artist or Artisan Member. An applicant must be an ACE Artist or Artisan Member before applying for Signature Membership. Signature Membership is decided by a panel of three jurors. Our three jurors are Barbara Groff (coordinator), Kelly Taylor, and Gene Suponski. The panel will review the applications in April and September and will notify applicants of their decision by May 30 or October 31. Selections will be made on the basis of composition/design, creativity/originality, technical ability, use of the medium.

Interested Artist Members can email your application pieces to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications should include:
- Five high-quality jpg images, at least 700 pixels wide
- Recent bio, list of acceptances into juried shows, awards (at last three), memberships/affiliations, website
NOTE: applications may submit their website as supporting material
- Contact information including mailing address, email, and phone
NOTE: Current Artist/Artisan Members can earn Signature Status by having won prizes in three ACE exhibits. Please submit a resume via email showing these awards. No additional application fee is required as long as membership is current.
Application fees can also be paid via check or credit card over the phone.
