This photography seminar is designed to get you up and shooting quickly and effectively – WITHOUT having to resort to AUTO or PROGRAM. In 3 hours or less, learn everything you need to get your camera off AUTO or PROGRAM and onto MANUAL, a mode that puts YOU in charge of your camera.

Topics covered:
– Techniques for handholding your camera
– The workings and interactions of the aperture, shutter speed, and ISO
– Finding and using specific camera controls
VERY IMPORTANT – Be sure your camera’s aperture, shutter speed, and ISO can be adjusted manually – Be sure there is a card in your camera – Charge your camera battery, and bring a second battery or charger if you have one – Bring camera (and lenses), camera manual and pen and paper.
