Arts Center East hosts a number of juried and members exhibit each year.

Submission Guidelines
  • Juried exhibits are open to artists 18 years of age and older.
  • Each artist may submit up to five (5) pieces.
  • All artwork must NOT have been included in previous ACE juried exhibits.
  • All artwork must be original (no kits, no AI generated art).
  • Artwork cannot be done under instruction in a class, workshop or lesson.
Before beginning your submission
  • Please read our brief note on originality
  • Label your image files FirstName LastName_Title
  • Double check your entires and descriptions before completing your submission – please note: artists that need to edit their entries after submission will incur an additional $2 editing fee
  • If you would like to use an ACE Entries Certificate towards your submission, pease save your submission and email info@artscentereast.org and we will complete the submission for you

There is a non-refundable entry fee for submissions: $35/$30 for ACE Members for one piece, $40/$35 for ACE Members for two pieces, etc. up to 5 pieces.

Upon Acceptance
  • Please make note of the drop off dates for the exhibit
  • Artwork can be shipped to the gallery; we ask that artists include a prepaid shipping label so we can send the work back to them after the close of the exhibit.
  • All wall-hung work must be properly wired with two loops and professional picture wire. Saw tooth hangers, photo frames with triangular tabs, tape, string, monofilament, other types of wire, or any other materials are not acceptable and will be refused, regardless of advance notification of acceptance. Artwork must be delivered completed and ready to be displayed.

Arts Center East receives a 30% commission on art sales; 20% for ACE Artist Member sales.
