Intro to Memoir Writing
Spring is the season of new beginnings and a perfect time to focus on your writing. Whether you want to pen family stories for you grandchildren, or record the antics of your kids as you watch them grow up, this class will help you bring life to your cast of characters, including the most important one: you! Via in-class writing prompts, you'll learn how to craft scenes, hone your voice, write believable dialogue, and choose sensory details to engage your readers. We'll also explore paths to publishing in the many venues currently available.
